I like this-works well, especially with swamperts than come in to a juicy will-o-wisp :D

rest over spin if anything, imo rs is too fast for full effectivness of spikes

hydro pump also works well > fire blast, it 2hko's skarm/donphan/claydol and forry, along with ohko'ing rhydon and screwing regirock

gengar can hurt,m seeming as a jolteon switch into a thunderbolt is obvious

The thing is, many seem to switch physical sweepers into Gengar and its good to have them burned on the switch. Besides I find hypnosis too risky on Gengar and if he misses then he dies to quickly before getting another shot at it whereas milo can stay around and can afford to miss the hypnosis.

However, I do like the Hydro Pump>FB move you sugested. I'll try that one out.

Oh yeah and I didn't have ice punch on gengar because no one usually keeps their sala in to Gengar and switching to milo is a free switch whilst sala can't do **** to it :/
