Oh, well, that's good to know. Pokemon from eggs generally have better IVs than pokemon obtained in the wild, right?
Also, I assume you get Will-O-Wisp on a Ralts offspring from Shuppet?
Edit: Can two ditto breed with each others?

Oh, and just to be clear, the nature and IVs of the pokemon in the egg are set when you receive the egg from the old man, right?

Hey if I level up my Torchic until its a Combusken using a EXP Share it won't gain any EVs right? Because I want to do that.
My Brother is pokemonmaster76
PM me if you want to be my friend!
The Torchic will still gain EVs.

How much Stat increase should there be each level when you are EV Training because my Zigzagoon is getting
+2 HP
+3Att
+2Def
+2Sp.Att
+2Sp.Def
+3speed
It Level 16 and for the last 3 levels it getting that much Stat increase.
Is That NORMAL.

i'm working on SRing for a good groudon, and i think i have a winner, but would like some feedback.
adamant nature, with these IVs
HP- 26-27
AT- 22
DF- 23-24
SA- 19
SD- 26-27
SP- 20-21
with those IVs, and no EVs, at level 100 these stats are attainable:
336 HP / 359 AT / 308 DEF / 201 SA / 211 SD / 205 SPD
not sure of the EVs, but assuming maxing attack, i can jump to 429. hit points can only reach 399, but that's still a good number, and i can drop it down a few notches to maintain max lefties recovery and add more to defense or something.
should i keep this bad boy or not?
Yes, it's normal. You typically almost never get large stat gains from one level to the next except in extreme circumstances. What does matter is the actual stat, not the increases. Over many levels, you would notice a difference if compared with an equal pokemon that wasn't EV trained.
A signature so short, it's
Slim.
Congrats on the new Groudon. A few months ago when I was working on my Shiftry bases for attack ev training, I decided to SR for a decent Groudon. On my first catch, I caught an adamant one w/ flawless SAtk IV. The other IVs included: IIRC 26 Atk, 19 Def, 30 SPDef, 24 HP(?), and 3 SPD.
This groudon I concluded, was for to get the Drought on Kyogre and a general sweeper. It has hidden power poison which isn't useful against gengar. I want to raise a swords dance groudon but I can't figure out an EV Distribution and I don't have a salac berry. I was told a salac berry is a required for SD Groudon. Any suggestions?
I have battled the Frontier among its 7 facilities... You might say I have some confidence in my ability.
Does anyone know a good effort value spread and nature for the Clamperl Im gonna evolve to a Gorebyss soon when I finish XD`s adventure?
Or should I choose huntail?

Marluxia the level 5 Cherrim!
Yay for Marluxia
I also had successfully soft-reset for an adamant groudon quite some time again but held off on training it. Most all its stats are in the 20-30 range except for special attack which I don't really care about. Another pokemon I got from soft-resets was a mild kyogre with flawless hp/sp.def and near-flawless sp.atk/speed and above average defense. I made a cloned and raised one with an EV distribution of 252 sp.atk/speed, 6 HP though I could clone and make one with 252 HP/sp.atk and make it learn substitute possibly. Any other suggestions geared towards diamond/pearl for groudon & kyogre shall be gratefully appreciated.
My official trade thread is on smogon.
Salac Berry also requires that you get at least 264 Speed, which your Groudon can't reach. Just Max Attack and HP.
Groudon
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
No, Huntail has worse Sp. Attack and can't even learn Agility.
Gorebyss
EVs: 24 HP / 232 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
Okay, should I go baton passer set, or some set like icebeam, surf,___,___?

Marluxia the level 5 Cherrim!
Yay for Marluxia
I'm going to evaluate 4 Sp.def. It may save me desperately from a mewtwo's ice beam though I doubt it myself. This one is going to be transferred to D/P since I have no further use for it in my emerald. The moveset will be determined by then also.
EDIT: The togepi breeding continues for the flawless HP/SAtk/SPDef modest togepi w/ scene grace. I've hatched so many eggs where at times I was so close. Here's what the storyteller in the mauville pokemon center informed me since Wed.:
When starting my togepi breeding 2 days ago: 1415 eggs hatched, the birth of a new legend!
Yesterday night: 1465 eggs hatched, the birth of a new legend!
Currently w/ 5 eggs in my party:
Hatched EGGS
1551 time(s)?!
That is indeed magnificent!
It's the birth of a new legend!
----------------------------------------------------------
Golly gee!
This is what intimate at the daycare at the moment:
Togetic, Flawless HP/SAtk/SPDef
Ditto, Modest, Flawless SAtk
I just can't hatch a female togepi w/ a double flawless or even a modest one after 136 hatches. I recently hatched a wonderfully outstanding modest Togepi w/ flawless HP/SAtk. But still no help due to the pitiful female offsprings lately.
Have to stay patient. Expert Evan do you know how many eggs you hatched. I would be in shock if it were over 5,000.

Skyward sword

i think u should switch it up n dump snorlax n use a miltank ..
Curselax should look like this
Snorlax@Leftovers
Careful
Rest
Curse
Return
Earthquake/Shadow Ball
Shadow Ball is for Ghosts that are immune to Shadow Ball, EQ is for most pokemon that resist normal. What move it should have depends on your team really. I'm not sure about the EVs, but my CurseLax on NB has eitherr 501 or 496 HP, 330 SDef, and around 210 Def and 280 Atk.
