If you want an electric pokemon, pick Jolteon instead. It has awesome speed and more special attack. You can also get some good egg moves from Eevee so Jolteon is a better choice.(teach it Thunderbolt)
Or like XxGreivousxX said, get a dragonite.
You can get a grass type too.

What about a Skarmory or Suicune or Blissey, you seem to need that.

    Aromatherapy/Heal bell
    Softboiled
    Seismic Toss
    Thunder Wave/Toxic

Aromatherapy/heal bell to heal teammates, softboiled to recover,Sesmic toss to damage.Thunder wave and Toxic can annoy the opponent. But I prefer Thunder wave since you already have Sesmic toss. You can also use Counter to surprise physical sweepers.

Sesmic toss by a move tutor in the Pewter Museum. You have to go through the back door.
You can get aromatherapy and heal bell by breeding.

    Too... Much...SWEEPING!
-Ditch Charizard for a start, and just give your Mewtwo Flamethrower.
-Then Get a new Tyranitar. Get it Dragon Dance, Aerial Ace, EQ, Rock Slide
-Lapras should be a Bolt-Beamer, but if you already have that on Mewtwo...?
-Another Physical Sweeper in the Name of Heracross.

You need Something that can take a hit. Try a Snorlax Like AirLock200 Suggested in your last slot.

It would be even better if this guy could post his actual team's sets.

Well, since he psoted his team, I might as well suggest sets rather than bitch about it.

    Mewtwo @ Leftovers
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Psychic
    - Thunderbolt
    - Recover

    Charizard @ Leftovers
    Lonely Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Belly Drum
    - Aerial Ace
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Blast

    Lapras @ Leftovers
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Ice Beam
    - Surf
    - Roar

    Tyranitar @ Leftovers
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Thunder Wave

Like Fighting_Master said, you've got too much sweeping.

I think he should go with jolteon. Because it's a great baton passer, It is quick unlike most of the team......that will help, and it has great special attack

Well, acually you need something that can take a hit. Jolteon doesn't have Defences, and there is too much sweeping already, so something like Curselax would be good here.
