HEY! Keenan was Rudy (the OI Gym Leader!)!!!
HEY! Keenan was Rudy (the OI Gym Leader!)!!!
Yup.
Also, it's interesting Brock mentions Onix changing into Steelix........
Kenan? Seems PUSA is starting to make their dub names more similar to the Japanese names like 4Kids did (He was Kinya in the original). During the first half of the season, the dub names had no relation whatsoever to their original ones (Brianna, Jeremy, etc.). Ever since the Scizor episode, though, they've either kept the names as is or kept them similar.
What kind of song was Battle Frontier Ballad replaced with, anyways? (In spite of the overwhelming odds, I'm going to take the chance and assume it was replaced.)
(I'm going to be gone when this episode airs here, but here's the same opinion that I had 7 months ago - Standard filler saved by superb animation.)
Thank you for all the fantastic times, Serebii Forums!
wasn't really that bad.

Pokemon White 2 Team
I didnt think so. I thought he sounded like your typical cowboy-accented guy.
Not a bad eppy. I did find the boss fantasy to be truly funny, but the best would be Jessie's, so much ego involved. The part of randomly walking into into a pub was pretty funny. The town had a very western look to it, despite being in the middle of a forest.

You know, I was thinking about Kenan's voice as well. His voice sounded familiar from the 1st and 2nd season of Pokemon. He did remind me of Rudy and as well the one with the Jolteon with the Eevee battling brothers.
The episode was good, I liked it. I like the whole Western thing that was going on. Got me doing some Western voices after hearing that.
I busted out laughing of Jesse's fantasy of her Golden Sudowoodo, and the guardian or something from the lake is exactly like her.
But overall good eppie, and time to watch the next one.
This was an okay episode. This made me realize a couple of things here...
1.) I think Jessie is on some kind of high. Don't know what exactly, but she's on something.
2.) Keenan is a cuttie!
3.) Those shiny hunters...I could have sworn I saw some on AMW *shot*
And that's all I can really say, it was just a filler to me.

This filler episode sucked...That cowboy/girl thing was an ok person/trainer guy... That Sudowoodo was pretty cool! I would like to have that in my team if pokemon were real...lol! But other than that, not a good episode really. 6/10

Was a solid filler. Amusing how they foreshadowed Brock's Onix evolving and nobody realize that back when this ep aired in Japan.
SUDOWOODO!
its a good episode, I saw the pics!!! I wonder if really existed a Crystal Onix/Steelix and a Golden Sudowoodo??? mmmmmmmm.......
Control, Alt, Delete... Reset my memory...
Hey, did anyone bother to notice the Legend of Zelda reference when Jessie was discussing how they'd get the Golden Sudowoodo? I mean, geez, anyone who's played Link to the Past would recognize the process of throwing your boomerang into the pond and the fairy asking if you threw in a gold boomerang, or something like that!![]()
UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR SOMETHING ELSE...
yeah i noticed that! well, not right away, but the second i saw that i said "omg where have i heard that before?"
i actually thought this episode wasnt too bad (surprise, only 1 out of every 10 episodes i see i dont hate). one thing i liked here was that ash actually made an attempt to capture something. :O
"... and if your not down with that, i just got 2 words for ya..." :P
thanks to emeraldsalamence for the great TC =)
Lol, I was dumb enough to think at first glance that was a shiny Sudowoodo

Well, just comparing this episode to the previous sudowoodo-heavy episode, "Type Casting", I'll take this episode anytime. Sudowoodo was a heck of a lot less annoying here than in the previous episode (and at least we didn't have any disturbing moments). Team Rocket's machine in this episode was pretty awesome too (it sounded like something out of Voltron or the Power Rangers LOL). It was a little disturbing how the trainer had upset his sudowoodo so much by trying to make it resistant to water, it reminded me of Jenina and her onix from "Fight for the Light". At least he got his sudowoodo to respect him again by saving him. Jessie's fantasy in this episode was beyond weird, but it was pretty amusing too. I also liked the tough guys at the bar. I got a chuckle over Meowth translating sudowoodo, because the line sounded like the kid who walks by the lake in Verdanturf in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. LOL
Best line (from the guys at the tavern): "So I said, if you don't wanta cooperate, I'll have ta rearrange your face." "You're not goin' soft on me, are ya?"
Overall, 7/10.

I hate chaining. -_-
Nice episode. The golden Sudowoodo was cool and looked great. The cowboy/Western theme was alright too, what with Sudowoodo walking into a saloon/bar like that and getting chased. Team Rocket's pot plant machine was weird but good.
A little far-fetched if you ask me.
Pretty funny episode with sudowoodo and all.
Bonsly and Sudowoodo would make a good team. The shiny sudowoodo looked pretty cool too!

Live To Win
Horrible filler but I was glad that Falkner's old VA returned to voice the COTD.
Golden Sudowoodo wasn't very interesting however. I give it a 3/10
