EDIT!: I tryed but it wouldn't work, it said something like can't connect (forgot reason) so I cliked that one thing that says if your fed up with it click this link. so I did and all it did was make a folder with all this stuff that I don't understand O.o
so what do I do?

Calm down guys. There's no reason to get worked up over this.
This is based on IRC, where everyone joins into a room instead of doing 1 on 1 chats. You can do 1 on 1, but it's best to interact with everyone. It's not so much of an anarchy as your standard IM program. There are rules.
