    Default Rules Page problem...inconsistancy

Little question, why is the rules page independent of the board software?

    Proof:
The footer states "powered by vBulletin 3.0.7", but we actually run 3.5.4!
It doesn't go along with the theme

Why can't we just intergrate the rules page into the forum software using a plugin or mod? It would be way easier to work with!

This modification might actually be pretty useful, if we can get new members to read the rules before they enter a forum for the first time, we can reduce spamming and related!

Sorry, but Joe hates hacks for some reason.

And the footer says version 3.5.4.
