    Can somebody name me the place where you receive pokemon besides the starters because that's easier to catch my first shiny.

    Hey parukia, I doubt you want to go to the safari zone now. You got very lucky getting two shiny captures there. But they can still flee, I've had a shiny exeggcute run away from me. It was not a nice experience.

    same here with a wobbefet when ruby and sapphire came out

    There's no "average". A shiny can take five minutes, and it can take five years. It all depends on how lucky you are.

    Actually, Amulekbird and MetalMario worked out a solution to that question. They figured that median amout of soft resets you would find a shiny in is 5678, or sumthin like that. I don't remember the exact details, so you'll have to ask one of them. But really, it is all down to how luck you are.

    I don't know if it was luck or if he's lying again. The video was very blurry. I need a clearer video to believe you. And if you're not lying and you do have it you could have cheated for it. But who knows. Shinies are prized possesions and should not be lied about. That takes all the fun away.
