    Default Fire Red team

    My current team is
    Charizard: Charcoal
Moves: Wing Attack, Flamethrower, Blast Burn, Slash

    Pikachu: No Item
Moves: Thundershock, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Quick Attack

    Nidoking: Quick Claw
Moves: Strength, Peck, Megahorn, Double Kick

    Lapras: Mystic Water
Moves: Surf, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Body Slam

    Dragonite: Leftovers
Moves: Hyper Beam, Wing Attack, Thunder Wave, Slam

    Snorlax: Leftovers
Moves: Rest, Sleep Talk, Body Slam, Headbutt

Any adjustments I should make? By the way, I don't plan on evolving Pikachu and I don't plan on using legendaries. I'm headed for the elite four.

Charizard doesn't need to have two Fire Moves, you should put something like Steel Wing or Dragon Claw over Blast Burn.

Pikachu doesn't need three Electric Moves... although it doesn't have a lot of other options, sadly. Keep Thunderbolt and teach it Thunder Wave and maybe Brick Break over the other two. You could also go for a stronger Normal Move instead of Quick Attack, I suggest Return since it is likely that you will have max happiness.

As for Nidoking, you should delete Peck and Double Kick, maybe Strength as well. Nidoking learns a lot of cool moves so teach it what you have and can get. Some suggestions that you can choose from are Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Shadow Ball, Brick Break, Flamethrower, Sludge Bomb, Surf and Rock Slide.

Regarding Lapras, you could remove Hydro Pump and go with Thunderbolt instead for better coverage.

Dragonite needs major changes. It has a very large movepool and I think you should give it better moves. You can keep Thunder Wave if you want, and maybe Wing Attack too, but I recommend changing the other moves. My suggestion is Earthquake at least, and then one other move such as Thunderbolt or Ice Beam.

For Snorlax, remove Headbutt and teach it Shadow Ball or Earthquake instead, then it's good.
We both break free if we make it on top
If one should fall we both will drop

We move together from here on out
What you need is what I'm about
