wtf, scramble challenges. child's play.
Im sorry if these are stupid questions, but how do I get Alakazam with these moves?:
Alakazam
Psychic
Calm Mind
Fire Punch
Encore
or Substitute
I can get Psychic and Calm Mind from training but I cant find a way to get both Encore and Fire Punch on the same Abra baby. I can use the Substitute teacher but I heard he can only teach a move once so I just dont want to use it.

Or if it's R/S, Medicham can breed the punches onto Abra. For FR/LG it's Hitmonchan.
But if you have an Alakazam, then you must have at least one of these games. So just follow my advice. No offense AF.
Encore... follow AF.
Thanks! I got Encore from my Walrein into Spinda and from Spinda into Abra. Abra hatched with these moves:
Encore, Return, Psychic, Teleport
Which is amazing to me since it didnt learn Hypnosis which my Spinda has, yet my Psyduck was hatched with it, as well as Return and Psychic.
I am using Sapphire so I am going to let my friend with Emerald finished get it to learn Fire Punch since he's already at the Battle Frontier.
I have all of the GameBoy/GBA games in the main series as well as Colosseum and XD. Also Stadium and Stadium 2 but they dont have their own story.
I decided to let my Alakazam know:
Psychic
FirePunch
Encore
Calm Mind
I loved Encore while training my Spinda so I know I am going to use it for battles since my friends like set up moves like Dragon Dance. I hope its as hilarious in human battles as it was with NPCs.
Thanks for the fast replies. Sorry though that I had to go to sleep when I posted lol.

I was wondering, on Dusclops does it necessarily have to have Pain Split, or can I bump that with Rest? The reason being is that I hatched a very nice Duskull last night, but the only Midsreaves(sp?) that I had was female. I really don't know her Iv's because A) the story mode I have her in was long before I knew about Ev's and Iv's and B) I used her in the story. So it could end up having the suckiest Iv's compared to what I believe could end up as a Quad-Flawless Duskull. It would help greatly. Thanks.
Durp. Conkeldurp. Conkeldurp durp durp.
Rest can be good on Dusclops too. I'll summarize the points on Smogon.
- Heals status
- Heals 100%
- Pain Split isn't as effective on weakened enemies
- Sleep status can be cured by Aromatherapist
- Goes well to waste PP with Pressure
Rest / Talk / Will-o-Wisp / Shadow Ball
best Dusclops.
Sableye @ Leftovers
Keen Eye
Impish Nature (+Def/-Sp.Def)
~Toxic
~Confuse Ray
~Shadow Ball
~Protect/HP Grass
Toxic First, then Confuse Ray. They get hurt more and more from Toxic while they hit themselves from Confusion.
If they can be hurt by Ghost Attacks, use Shadow Ball for STABed Power 80 Ghost Att(120 with 1.5 from STAB). If a Rock, Ground, or Water Pokemon show up, use HP Grass for 2x or 4x damage if they are a dual type like Swampert or Golem.
Protect if you want an extra turn for when they get hurt by Toxic.

^ And your point was what?
The only double status combo that should be used is Parafusion. Sableye's too frail to stall out opponents with Toxic. Your argument isn't convincing at all.
the only thing sableye is good for is knocking off in my opinion.
Im still new to competitive. I was gonna see if Confuse and Toxic would make the other Pokes die faster. lol. Sorry that its crap.
Edit: I want a good Ghost Pokemon on my team. My team so far is:
Sceptile
Walrein
Tauros
Alakazam
Blaziken
Weezing
I dont know if thats really a good team but I am leveling them to be a team.

lol, that was a pretty sh*tty idea. Anyway, there's no need to reply to other people's suggestions.
hey, it works. Did you get haxed like that before too?
So which double status doesn't fail? Sorry, I'm still a noob.

as crudent said... Parafusion works best. for the noobs, parafusion is basically, paralysis and confusion. (love it when my lapras gets that combo in ^_^)
and wth? no one even went to mentioning the endure/reversal/lum berry combo with blaziken!?
im really surprised!!
well after baton-passing agility to her, it just about always works. Unless my opponent is lucky enough to survive a reversal or lands a quick attack/mach punch/extremespeed on Blaziken. the first survivor of a 'brave' nature reversaling blaziken on 1 hp was Sandslash >_>
lucky bugger...
well sandslash is my blaziken's worst enemy >_< lol
EDIT: if anyone ever wants such a blaziken... ive got heaps and heaps of torchics with the endure/reversal/counter combo for trades. P.S. most of them are brave in nature. (brave= +atk -speed)
when D&P comes, ill b happy to trade them with everyone!

There is a Endure/Sub Reversaling Blaziken moveset which holds Salac Berry in the first page.
