    Default Animation question.

    When you send your Pokemon out and it does it's little back-and-forth animation (from the back view), what affects how fast it does this? I've been SRing for a shiny Torchic for a while now, and I've just noticed this. I always thought it was affected by your health percentage.

    Edit: So...not gonna get any help?
