Hayashigame (naetoru 2nd stage) evolves into Dogaidos at level 32. Rukushio (korinku 2nd stage) evolves into Rentoraa at level 30.

053 is a flying bee/honey hybrid (Mitsuhoney), Lucario is at 116.
129 is an ugly fighting toad Gregguru (poison/fighting)
135 is a blue fish (Keikouo) with butterfly tail which color tone is similar to Kyogre.

You get an egg which hatches into Pinpuku, and babies are all in the wild now. Cleffa, Pichu, Azurill, Bonsly, MimeJr...etc.

Oh, and seems like the criteria to fulfill the dex is just to 'meet' them all this time. Since the professor counts your encountered pokemons number instead of caught pokemons number.

According to Coronis, Eggs hatch at Level 1 now and not Level 5

Btw, hatched pokemons seem to be at level 1 now instead of 5.

Edit: Oh, and there are a couple of possibly evolutionary or breeding new items.

Eerie Incense: powers up psychic moves (to breed MimeJr?)
Mysterious Plate: increases psychic moves power (for evolution possibly?)
Circular Stone: to evolve certain pokemon
Fist Plate: increases fighting moves power (for evolution possibly?)
Spirit Plate: increase ghost moves power (for evolution?)
