Suprise! Today's COTD is....another Trap Card! If you havent caught on by now, then let me be the one to tell you that this week's theme is traps, and this particular one has been sort of a backburner card for a long time. Dust Tornado deserves more attention than it's getting, and for good reason. Aggro decks should at LEAST THINK about maining two of them for the extra backfield removal. You wont be using the second effect often, but its for the backfield removal, not to set an extra card.

You were right when you called it a back burner card. It has always been good, but outshined by other cards. Its good, and playable, but there are other traps that may be more deserving than this.

Other cards that have ended up on the list. This card is arguably faster than Mobius and Mobius is the only other card that I can think of off top that removes backfield and is unrestricted.

Not good any more... there is a reason my Dark Coffin deck doesnt work any more and its cause not everyone plays one of these =/

It's a nice staple. A pretty bad topdeck in 99% of situations, but still good, none-the-less.

Hey, has anyone tried this card out in a Flare Scarab/Anti-Fragrance spell deck before? It's like, roxors l337.
