    The team I use usually is:
    Metagross
    Alakazam
    Tyranitar
    Gengar
    Salamence/Kingdra (Depending on how I feel)
    Snorlax
    All lv 100 and Kingdra, Metagross and Alakazam are shiney.

    All are between levels 45-50.
