Well, there have been 13 Wind based moves used in the Narutoverse up till now, not counting Futon Rasen Shuriken and Futon Rasengan. Of the 10, one has been used by Kazuku and 6 has been used by Temari. Another by Orochimaru, one by Shukaku, and one by Gaara. Three other by random filler characters.
This moves are basic. They rather involve sand or a weapon. Sand is everywhere, and Naruto has learned to summon weapons now (a great plus). It's quite possible he could elarn some of these moves, or mabye soem enw ones.
Futon is the most underdeveloped attribute in the series. So similiar to YGO.

If Naruto gets some sort of Wind Spear, then that would be useless in close-range; not to mention the fact that he'd have to pick it up a few moments after it's been thrown (or misses). Then again, the only non-standard ninja weapon he's been using so far is the summoned giant shuriken... So I guess the same rules would apply if ever he does get a spear.
But yeah, getting a Wind Some would be the most practical thing to do in order to utilize the Wind Chakra.

Shino has a new justu- he pretends to sell you some weed, but when he opens his coat, a cloud of insects come out. it's especially effective on grass-nin.
