Also some help on the CLefable EVs, but which would be better?

Bellyzard is more reliable
Clefable would die due to low speed

Bellyzard is ruined by stealth rock and so the swords dance/dragon dance versions outclass it now.
Clefable as I recall works better as a calm-mind special attacker.

But this is just for those Belly Pokemon, which one would be the best then. Out of all the ones I looked at it comes down to these 2.

Charizard does it better, only if stealth rocks hasn't been laid down.

attack 252 Hp 252 Speed 4
