No, there is nothing linking a report to your account. You usually get User Notes for things like signature violations more than anything else.

You can PM anyone about it. I used to PM people before deleting their sigs. I'd inform them how they broke the sig rules and gave them a day or two to choose what they wanted to get rid of to fix it. And if they didn't fix it then I'd delete it.

Anyways, the only way you'd know if anyone reported you and who they are was if the reporter or a mod told you.

If some idiot has triple posted in one of the non allowed areas, report the first post and mention it's a triple in the report. Most of us check anyway but if yer half asleep or something you can miss these things
