Just because one is a legendary does not mean that he or she is invincible. Plus, did you consider that maybe the mugger him/herself is a legendary too? What if he/she was a Dialga or Palkia? Then it probably would not end well for Aurora.

How could you tell it was a Crobat? I didn't see anything? And she was just mugged out of nowehre, she could have been really suprised and couldn't have done anything. And Octo doesn't really give legendaries any advantages, as you may notice sometimes.

And if you think that being a legendary will help anyone, I repeat this because apparently nobody was pating attention last time I said it, you need to learn how Octo works. Legendaries in his games are just normal old pokemon, sometimes worse off like with the Dialga in PDI that was afraid of clowns.
