May I ask what is the point of this? If you could get the Pal Pal after lets say after the 4th badge, it would make sense you would have to get rid of the HM moves, but what does it matter after you beat the elite four?

Because some people still like to use Fly, Surf and such afterwards, so that's on there as a simple reminder. Although that question will be pointless after the US release.

Because in these D/P games, if a pokemon is a foregner to your home region, and the normal dex only covers pokemon from your region, then why not accomplish something so it can read foreign data? If that's not it, then how about getting the Ruby and Sapphire plates in FR/LG, and removing a obstacle in the way of multi-region transfer in the pokemon games?

Just wondering, what happens if say you transfer 6 pokemon over. Catch like two of them, go do smething else like beat the elite four then don't play for a week. Will they still be in pal park?
If it does keep them, say if you transfer 6 over and catch none of them. If you wait 24 hours can you transfer another 6 over so there is twelve in the park?

From what i read from another post you have to get all 6,..if you leave the ones you catch are returned to the park..

Are you allowed to transfer more then one of the same Pokemon over in one day? For example, I'd trade two Lugias over and four other Pokemon.

Yes. Why wouldn't they? The games are identical.

A. Maybe. It was confirmed in 3rd gen that the these three regions worked fine together in connectivity. However, it is not yet confirmed for 4th generation.

He already said Mewtwo is found in the grass, and I suspect charizard would be found in the mountains, blastoise in the water, and venasaur in the grass.

No, no, and NO!!! According to Marriland of Gamefaqs:

QUESTION : Can this game trade with Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, etc?
ANSWER : No, but you can transfer Pokemon from any JAPANESE Pokemon GBA Game
(discluding Mystery Dungeon, of course) and they will appear
for you to catch in a special area of the game called the Pal Park.
Remember, you can only use Japanese GBA games for now.

Please note that the above quote was made at the time the game was yet to be released in the USA, but still, that very same quote holds true for UK/AU Pokemon games as well: Although you can trade between DS games from different regions, you can't transfer a Pokemon from say, a UK GBA Pokemon game to a US D/P unless you trade the Pokemon to a US GBA cart from the UK GBA Pokemon game, then transfer it from that very same US GBA cart that you traded it to, so I doubt that you can transfer Pokemon to Pal Park in your D/P game if the regions of that particular D/P game and the GBA Pokemon game are different from each other...
