    Milotic is a duh for contest in 3rd gen with the insane beauty needed to evolve. Mine was my mew.

    My master contest winners are:

    Beauty: Normally Castform (Powder Snow/Blizzard)
    Cute: Normally Barboach (Mud sport/Mudslap? icr the combo)
    Cool: Normally Swellow (a mix... :x)
    Tough: I'm not sure if I've ever had something win this...
    Smart: Gardevoir or Alakazam normally but I think I used something else once... I normally only end up getting the beauty, cute and cool titles.

    I typically use Skitty in Cute Contests. I have one nicknamed Kitten that won the Master Rank for me.
    Milotic in Beauty.
    And Gardevoir in Smart.
    I don't do Tough or Cool. :/

    I used: Milotic for beauty, Raichu for coolness, Cradily for smartness, Delcatty for cuteness and Aggron for Toughness

    My Blaziken has won all of the beauty contests. My Armaldo has won all of the cool contests, yet he doesn't have a painting of him in the art museum. How do I get his painting?

    My Azumarill for Beauty Contests. All her move-sets was Beauty, so I could naturally switch them around when it was convenient.

    I have two Pokemon that were really good at Pokemon Contests: Blaziken and Togetic. My Blaziken won all the Beauty Contests with a combination of Beauty and Tough moves, and my Togetic won all the Cute Contests with moves of the same variety. I have other Pokemon that have done well in Pokemon Contests as well, but they weren't as consistent as my Blaziken and Togetic.

    I remember using my Aggron in Cool contests and Cradily in Tough. I tried winning Beauty contests without Milotic, but I was beginning to get lazy, so I just used it anyway. =P

    My Barboach named Barber sweeped away the competition in the cute contests. Barber was just about the cutest pokemon I've ever seen.
