Cool - Sceptile
Tough - Solrock
Cute - Whiscash
Beauty - Milotic
Smart - Gardevoir

Each of the five managed master rank and a portrait in my copy of Emerald.

My first cute contest master rank winner was my Beautifly, who does not have a nickname. But she didn't get a portrat, though.

These are the pokemon I recall got portrats (from what I remember). I only remember the nicknames of some (or what i think they were);
Cool-I forget, actually...
Tough-A Sableye, no nickname. Same one I traded to my brother for him to catch Latios, i'm pretty sure,
Cute-A Mawile, nicknamed 'Sunmun' (from my brother),
Smart-Butterfree, I think,
and,
Beauty-I...actually don't think I remember this one either. But I THINK it was either Kyogre or Vileplume?

I may need to check. Actually, Cool's portrat mighta been my Shiftry...

I should re-edit this post after I see who got what portrats. XD I know I got all 5, though. And I seem to be pretty certurn about Tough and Cute being Sableye and Mawile...
