Instead of asking that, how about actually watching the anime? Why are you in an anime forum if you don't?

Thanks to Sushi & Geodude all moves from the Miltank episode are now up.

Also, (not THAT big of a deal..) the 4th movie characters section is now slightly better due to me finally getting my hands on the DVD.

Faint attack: Sudowoodo points in the opposite direction, distracting the enemy. It then jumps up and strikes the opponent while it's not looking (used by the wild Sudowoodo in that Johto filler)

Sunny Day: Sunkern fires a beam to the sky. It then gets sunny. (used by the wild Sunkern in that Johto filler with the multiple Sunflora)

Sand Tomb: Vibrava's eyes glow. Combusken's legs then get trapped in a pile of sand. (used by that coordinater's Vibrava when Combusken learned Mega Kick)

Protect: A blue bubble appears around Elekid (used by Paul's Elekid in several episodes.)

Didn't Brock's Happiny learn Refresh or something?

No. Refresh did NOT appear in that episode, as I've already stated in the episode thread.

According to Bulbapedia it was Sandstorm. And what did Ash's Gligar use?

Nothing yet for Ash's Gligar. It may know X-Scissor as well since the group used it on TR's balloon, but it's unclear if that particular Gligar knows it as well. It may not, since it was kind of the "slow one".

And I repeat, that sand attack was not named, although judging by appearance, yes, Sandstorm is most likely to be it.

And that's why I put it in Italic, just like Sushi suggested.

The dub episode "Dawn's Early Night" mentioned a Swords Dance I hadn't noticed before, when Nando did his appeal. I checked the Japanese episode, and it was indeed mentioned there as well. Sunflora and Kricketune can both learn the move, but since Kricketune did a little flashy thing with its blades as soon as it came out of the ball while Sunflora did nothing to suggest that it knows the move, I think only Kricketune knows it. So:

    Nando's Kricketune:
    Swords Dance

Also added is now every minor character from Kanto to BF. If someone's got something/someone from Sinnoh to contribute with, it'd be greatly appreciated.

When did Atsuo's Nosepass/Probopass use Earth Power? All I remember is someone suggesting that move, but I said that in the scene they were referring to, it was actually using Rock Slide, which was rather obvious.

    By Sushi (MSN):
Not sure if the info is even necessary, but Probopass was forced to use Earth Power under Meowth's command when it had some strange, brainwashing helmet on its head that confused it. It was the scene where the ground broke and something glittering and shiny appeared out of the cracks.

    Ah, thanks.

    Cassidy's Granbull:
    Fire Fang
    Bite

    Butch's Shuckle:
    Sludge Bomb

It was hard to understand the attack command that Butch said, but this is the only possibility that sounded similar, looked right, and that Shuckle can learn.
