I love how they managed to make Lucian seem all Manly and powerful during the battle....>_>

Anyway, yeah. This episode was great. Much better than almost every other episode of D/P. Best battle so far as well. The Music playing during Buizel vs. Bronzong was awesome.

What I found funny about this ep is what Meowth thought about what the Boss will do to Bronzong, dance with it, wear it on his head and play a flute(?), that was hilarious! And what I liked? Lucian appearing of course!

    Lucian was just plain awesome. Hope someone else from Elite Four appears. Although I am hoping Cynthia appears. ^^;
Seeing Dawn battle Lucian was interesting too. Bronzong's voice matched its appearance very nicely.

    Wasn't that Luster Cannon?

Edit: Sorry, you can disreguard. When I posted this, I didn't realize that Luster Cannon and Flash Cannon were the same attack. Whoops.

Haxorus has been pitted against a Raticate in a pokemon battle. Who will get to make the first move?

Ya, there was another episode. I think it was with Croagunk. Where Meowth couldn't think of a good use. He said the boss could have a staring contest. lol! On topic, What were the moves Bronzong used? I think flas cannon and Gyro Ball

    Poor Buizel...

I think Dawn's cursed... Every Pokémon she captures that's strong in the wild seems to get weaker!! I mean, look at Buneary and Pachirisu!!
Buneary and Pachirisu couldn't win at their Contest battles and Buizel put up a crappy fight against Bronzong... OK, I know Elite Four members are strong, but Buizel seemed so much stronger than that when he was wild...
    You don't think
    there will be any

Buizel was overmatched, that was obvious. I don't know what you're complaining about.

This episode was cool. It was cool to see the debut of one of the Sinnoh Elite 4. It was cool to see a Bronzong. It was also cool to see Gyro Ball and Flash Cannon in the anime.

I love that they are foreshadowing Ash challenging the Elite 4. Plus Sad Buizel was the best thing in this episode and Dawn's development too. She learned a lot.

Only problem I had with it was Lucian. I saw him talking and I'm like, "She's a guy!?"

This episode was great. Buizel is truly amazing Pokemon. Ash should really trade Aipom for it.

This episode was ok.... I hate that dawn was the one that was sort of ackowledged. It has always been ash facing and connecting with the elite four like lance, prima, and that other guy who works with dragon in the hoenn elite four does anybody know his name? It was when ash faced his shelgon. Yeah buizel did seem to be a lot weaker this episode then the last one. I just can stand or believe that it beat pikachu and turtwig and that dawn caught it with piplup who has absolutely no advantage over it and alot less experience! I think that the trade should happen with aipom and buizel but it probably wont. Not to mention aipom is like one of my favorite pokemon and ash is good with her. I though Lucian looked great though i liked his hair Purple is my favorite color!!! He did look girly though.

You don't know how many battle experience Buizel had at that point to compare it with Piplup. We know about Piplup's development and power so we can say it has more battling experience especially since it defeated Buizel in a fair way using what Dawn knows to do, battling with contest style.

The dubbed episode was a lot better than the others! (If I see one more episode on Cartoon Network such as Like it or Lup it, and other early episodes one more time I`ll....)
I enjoyed watching girafarig get scissor big time! It comes to show that its not bad after all!
HOWEVER...I didnt like the way they said Lucians name. Isnt it supposed to be Lu-si-an
    And not Lu-shan?

yeah i didnt like the way they pronouned his name either. It is sort of like how they pronounced Groudon's name was werid too. People that dont think gym battles are the way for buizel to go are crazy it was obvious how buizel feels about gym battles when he was watching the girafarig and scissor battle. Like it or lup it was awful.
