OMG LOL! I just typed in my Rayquaza's stats into the IV calculator and he has all 31 except for special defense which is 14!

Hi there, I'm looking for a shiny onyx or steelix, preferably without bad IV's, but given the shiny requirement I guess I've have to settle for what's available. Worse yet, just to warn you, I don't have much to offer beyond a shiny flygon, as I really don't want to trade my events or EV'd pokemon, and doubt much else is an acceptable trade for shiny.
