SoulSilver player here looking to evolve my Seadra. The one I wish to trade has the desired Ability and Mood for me, so I'd like to evolve it and get it back. I have nine Dragon Scale's in total and about six Seadra's available. When I receive my preferred evolved Seadra, I will give away one of my others holding a Dragon Scale as compensation. I also have nearly twenty Horsea with different Abilities and Mood so I can match any preference.

All you need to do is bring any undesired Pokemon you may have, and trade with me to evolve my Seadra then trade it back for another Seadra that will be holding a Dragon Scale of your choice.
