i need a lvl 1 staryu with a nature that boosts speed or special attack but doesnt decrease the other. (meaning if it boosts speed it doesnt lower special attack and vice versa). it also needs the natural cure ability. (i already have several staryu like this but i need one that i didnt breed so that it can lvl up faster so do not expect a big trade for it)
