    I have a Starmie. It's level 50ish, has Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, Surf. EV trained with 52 HP / 240 SpA / 216 Speed. Comes with Choice Specs or Expert Belt. The IVs are sexcellent... something like 30/x/28/31/27/31, give or take on the defenses (I may have mixed them up, I'll check) and yes, it has Natural Cure.

    This thing is awesome in the Battle Tower with Expert Belt. Starmie's superb type coverage paired with the higher than standard Special Attack allows it to OHKO almost anything in there, such as Swampert, Salamence, Infernape, Garchomp, Gyarados, and more. I always bring it along with me, and it never fails.

    I don't have any clones of it, but if you know a good cloner I can give you one.
