i need a lvl 50- 55 gyarados for my lvl 52 floatzel (female)that knows blizzard ice beam surf and waterfall, but there are a few conditions.....

u had to have known him since a magicarp(the lower the level the better so his stats are higher)

also, my floatzel is maxed out in sp def and def(he cant have anymore irons or zincs) that means i spent over 100,000 poke dollars raising him, so the gyarados must be maxed out in either(but both isnt necesary) def or sp att(please specify which yur giving)

and finaly, it must know ice beam(and blizzard too would be prefered, but i dont realy care)
