Looking for a Modest Ditto with 31 IVs in Sp Attk. I don't care about the other IVs but it MUST have both.

I will give Shiny Sneasels (multiple), Earthquakes, PP Maxes, Masterballs, Latios, Groudon, Rayquaza, Manaphy, Darkrai, Phione, all starters, Pokerus, Heracross w/ 31 IVs in Attack, Scyther with 31 IVs in Attack, Togepi w/ 31 IVs in Sp Attack and Nasty Plot.
