Note: I am now open to IV breeding. I have two excellent dittos, (one is timid and I believe the other is serious they have great IV's) a four 31's iv vaporeon, so if you want a certain eevee let me know. And ask about other pokemon I can breed; for the right price I can breed you nearly anything. I have a *complete* pokedex in Ruby, so literally anything from 1st-3rd generation and most 4th too. I have the following pokemon I can use as parents with good IV's I can recall off the top of my head: Charizard, Ninetales, Salamence, Tropius, Feraligator. Note however, I'm not a fast breeder as I only have like 2 dittos with good enough IV's for breeding so it might take like a month, so you can't be in any hurry.
