can someone please help me evolve my feebas, im feeding it dry poffins but it keeps getting full, is there anyone with lvl 20 poffins or higher that i could trade and trade back with?!?!?! please help me, i can't make high leveled poffins.

Well I had the same problem with you and the normal dry poffins are useless.
Try to find a berry which is only availiable in Emerald its name is: "Pamtre berry".If you have Emerald go to the "Berries Master House".There talk to his wife and writte this to words: "Challege" "Contest".After that you will get your berry,BUT don't make a poffin, clone it first about 20 times and maybe more!!
Then make poffins with this berries,and be sure that these poffins are the BEST DRY POFFINS YOU CAN EVER MAKE.Thay will maximaze your Feebas beauty stats.It's the only way (I think) you can evolve your Feebas.
Also don't think that your not very good so you can't make good poffins!! The level of the poffin depents on the berry you use and not in the way you follow to make it!! I could't make good poffins too!!

If you don't have Emerald I'm willing to give you 10 of this berries for FREE!

i have a level 9 feebas, bold, with IVs of 31/5/31/26/31/24 (flawless HP/Def/SDef). it knows Rest/Sleeptalk/IceBeam/Toxic, and has already been given 252 EVs in HP and 152 EVs in Defense.
