    so, i have a Duskull. it's Careful, it knows Pain Split, and it has already been given 252 HP EVs. Its IVs are 30/21/31/10/31/16.

    I have a SHINY (looks legit; read below) Lv.38 Dusclops with a Quiet nature.

    It knows:
    Curse
    Night Shade
    Psychic (TM obivously)
    Will-O-Wisp

    Even though I got it from the GTS, according to the R/S/E Dex (its from Hoenn) it's supposed to learn Will-O-Wisp at Lv.41, BUT Duskull can learn it at Lv.38. So it's very possible the original owner waited to evolve. Not 100% sure, though. The ability is Pressure. Any offers please PM me.
