I dunno.. Depends on what you have. I also now have a legit dd bagon with 4 ivs of 31 (or 30) in spd, sp def, def, and sp atk. It has 27 in hp and 22 in atk. If only the sp atk was in atk... Adamant too, which is crazy.

I got 16lvl shiny bagon adamant nature female and its breeded and i have leveled it couple lvls.. it might have couple EVs... BUT it got hydro pump, dragon dance, dragon rush, and Fire Fang! stats HP 45 ATK 48 DEF 29 SP.ATK 19 SP.DEF 19 SPD 36!
