I can offer pretty much any event you can think of

Jirachi i might be able to get

I got shiny evee and pichu

Shiny legendary dogs

and the other movie legendaries

I can also provide exp shares, master balls, and rare candies (not obtained through AR or gameshark)

In all actuality the lopunny doesn't HAVE to be anything else except shiny and legit

I do not care about stats at all
