Sp. Defense: 25.
Speed: 35.

Hey, I'm not looking for permanent trades, but can someone help me out by trading me a Rotom and/or a Mesprit? I'll trade it back for whatever Pokemon i trade you, I just need them to finish my Sinnoh Dex and get my National Dex. I want to leave my game's Mesprit and Rotom alone so I can soft reset for IV's or collecting purposes.

I don't really have anything that's worth much, no shinies or EV trained/IV bred Pokemon, but I can help you with trade evolution or migrating a Pokemon over to another game(if you only have one DS and want to bring a Pokemon into one game from another).

Please don't trade me action replayed or cloned Pokemon if they have the potential to damage my game or save file(I'm a newb).

Edit: Got some help, no longer need Mesprit or Rotom.
