I think there's a chance the tres beastas or however you spell it might actually win this fight.

They might, but it's not like this fight matters too much, anyway. The whole scenario itself is weird; like I said before, there was no point in Ichigo and friends going to Hueco Mundo to begin with. I hope Ayon and the others finish Kirge quickly so Ichigo and friends can go help Soul Society prepare for the invasion.
I feel like Kirge is going to take down Ayon but take some damage in the process.. I mean Ayon did get cut in half by Yamamoto and it kept on going too so Kirge can't take it to lightly.
So when do we see Grimmjow again?
Maybe the purpose of them going to heuco mundo is to persuade hallibel to help ichigo fully control his hollow form and achieve resurreccion (after they rescue and befriend her that is). It does seem that ichigo's power is lacking compared to how strong the new enemies are. I mean it's a new arc and a new arc always has a new teacher. That could explain why kubo kept her alive. On top of that she seemed to show an interest in ichigo's spiritual pressure when he was fighting grimmjow, noting how strangely dark it was for a human, so that may give her an incentive to train him.

Spoiler:- League battle that I wanted:
Oh well, at least five of those appeared in the league.. -.-
Oh look, Allon. I was hoping the Tres Bestia would be showing some... new abilities. Individual abilities, maybe. I'll keep hoping for that during the whole arc.
Ikr? I hope he will at least get some action in this arc, seeing that he became Captain again.
I believe his saying that he can read mind isn't to be taken literally.. More like he knows that Ichigo knows what caused Ishida lost his powers once, and was just saying that "I'm going Letzt Stil but that doesn't mean I'll lose my power" - something to that extent.
Well... originally, they were just going there to save Dondochakka. But he was kinda saved off screen so yeah. At any rate, I prefer that the other characters get more screentime rather than Ichigo learning another power again. His bankai and hollow form is going to last only for a few fights; after that it'll get boring.

Now, it creates a night with a full moon.
I don't recall any female character winning a match, with the sole exception of Rukia and maybe Yoruichi when she fought Sui-Feng (for the latter, it's questionable if she really won since Sui-Feng just gave up). Let's not pretend that Bleach is any better than Naruto is when it comes to how female characters are treated; they're equally as bad.
Kubo will probably use this opportunity to make Grimmjow finally come back from limbo.
It's a little hard to predict what will happen next. If Kubo wants Kirge to look like a real badass, he'll take Ayon down, something only Yamamoto managed to pull off until now. And then we'll have the Tres Bestias dumbfounded and armless, so they'll hardly win against Kirge.
On the other hand, if Kirge is meant to be a warm-up boss, cue him being stomped. What may not be the best choice, because the arc has just begun and it would already leave us with the impression that the Quincy Vollständig isn't much of a big deal (especially because Opie isn't just some random guy, he's the captain of the hunting army or something like that).
So should I start making Avatar: the Last Airbender jokes since these new Quincies are probably using the corrupted form of Quincy abilities, which means Uryu is probably using the pure form?

I have a few more, while the amount of wins females have in Bleach isn't amazing but its higher than Naruto's by a substantial amount, I would argue more wins than One Piece's main female characters so far in each manga if we ignore mooks and focus on real matches.
So lets not pretend its as bad as Naruto which IMO portrays females matches the worst.
If we add filler episodes then the wins are even higher for female characters.
You said you had several examples, yet you only gave us a questionable one (I mean seriously, are we supposed to accept Rangiku's battle against such a minor character?). The fact remains that female characters rarely get any victories in this series. And filler fights are irrelevant in this thread since we're talking about the manga.
Anyway, does anyone have more information about the Spirits Are Forever With You novels that I've heard about?
http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Rukia_K..._Di_Roy_Rinker
Then there is Rukia vs Kaien. Yoruichi vs Soi-fon, Soifon vs Ggio Vega. Hinamori and Rangiku technically won against the Tres Bestia until they used Ayon as plot armor. The Grindina fight may have been minor but it still happened in the manga.
To put things into perspective. The only females who have won in Naruto are Sakura/Chiyo and Temari. (That come to mind for me at least) Temari in part 1 of Naruto against Ten-Ten and Tayuya. Sakura/Chiyo won against Sasori. 3 female matches with wins in other words.
One Piece is hardly better. Nami and Robin have less than 5 wins combined ignoring mooks.
Spirits are forever with you are 2 novels about 800 pages long that deals with certain characters and locations. Don Kanoji is a main character and we get the 8th gen Kenpachi along with Mayuri. There is also information about the prison where Aizen is located. More should be revealed later on as the novels are eventually released.
What. Did. I. Tell. You. Apacci.
You tried, and you failed.
And seriously? All this time and you still didn't get control over Ayon? What a waste of time.
And Aizen's back! Isn't that great, guys? Too bad he's been demoted.
