Mehh, I prefer Rukia's old hairstyle.

I will say she looked a half foot taller and much more mature, so I guess a haircut was needed to emphasize how much she has changed in the last 18 months.

Between longer and a tad bit shorter hair, shorter is more in character for Rukia.

I'm still wondering why they wanted Ichigo's Fullbring to begin with. It didn't seem to be too powerful when Ichigo was using it, so it's odd that they went through the trouble of stealing it. I'm also wondering why they didn't just kill Ichigo after they got his Fullbring. Killing Ichigo would've made sense in my opinion since other people wouldn't have been able to acquire information on Xcution.

They had no use for him.

Seems refreshing to find an enemy who is not into needless/pointless murder :O

Some of the arrancars were "murdered", I guess?

In all fairness, number #4 became dust when his body had reached its limit in regeneration.

Yeah, but weren't most of those characters revived at some point? I remember those twin Arrancar chicks running around after their ordeal with Grimmjow, and Ichigo is obviously fine as well. I think the point that was being made is that characters who die rarely remain dead unless they're villains.

Other than villains or arrancars(not all are bad) no one has died yet. But Kensei and the crazy girl of the vaizards did sort of disappear.

My only concern, or inquiry is why such a big hoopla was made about Ichigo losing his shinigami powers/form forever, if all that was necessary was for someone, or Rukia in particular, to induct/make him the same way as the first time, unless Rukia's actions had a negative effect on her like it did last time, even though last time, surrendering 100% instead of half of her power, was an accident/malfunction.

I'm guessing he had to gain some spiritual awareness before it'd work again, seeing as he could already see ghosts and hollows when she stabbed him the first time? I have no idea, but I'm hoping we'll get this answered soon. I'm wondering if Rukia had to sneak off to help, or if Soul Society is now going to get involved.

And I'm also wondering if the rest of the Fullbring gang knew that all of this was happening (the whole "I'm a villian, now I'm not, now I'm a villian again"). Are they all in on it?

Another thing I'm confused by. He did say "I doubt we'll ever see him again." I don't know if he thought this because Ichigo was left with no power, or because they plan on vanishing to go do....something. Anyway, if a chapter leaves more questions than answers, I think it's an improvement.

Kubo could have done a better job at wrapping up the Aizen aftermath.

I actually kinda agree with the not Rukia's zanpaktou thing. It looked similar to the sword Isshin was carrying earlier, and not like a zanpaktou. Also, at the beginning of the seires, Rukia lost her powers when she gave them to Ichigo. On top of that, it was probably how Isshin got his powers back, so Urahara just remade it.

Perhaps the sword was Isshin's, or infused with his powers, so Isshin this time is pooped out of Soul reaper powers, at the cost of giving Ichigo a fighting chance again.
