WTF dude? His shikai is Shinso, or Divine Spear. His Bankai will probably have something to do with Izanagi's (father of Susanoo, Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi) spear, Amenonuhoko.

By the looks of things, it takes the form of vines which wrap around the opponent. The vines sprout white rose buds which represent the opponent's reitsu. Once all of these roses bloom, the opponent is completely drained of reitsu. Again, this may be an attack, we'll just have to wait until complete spoilers come out sometime tonight.
