    Don't forget his robe also became a one piece, not that it matters.
    I'm a tad disappointed too...I was expecting a little more that would be added when he released.

    EDIT: Wait, so he doesn't have his sword now, right? So maybe we can expect some cool abilities for use as weapons?

    Ulquiorra doesn't need armor, his hierro functions just like it. I like his release, personally, and Vasto Lordes, which Ulquiorra almost certainly is, are the most human-like of Hollows... I wouldn't expect any more. A completed helm and wings are good enough, since both look pretty awesome.

    Yes, I forgot that he was a Vasto Lord. They're the most human-like...so not much of a change.
