    My Pearl E4-beating team:

    Infernape
    Staraptor
    Roserade
    Floatzel
    Drapion
    Lucario

    They were all like lvl 45-47 so I did need to use a lot of Revives and Full Restores. Battling against Cynthia could be one of the longest E4-matches of my whole playing-history.

    First team was SO much better than the second. But the second beat the league first time, the first team couldnt kill Lucian =[

    I used Infernape, Palkia, Gastrodon, Floatzel, Lucario, and Abamosnow. How I pulled it off? A Bag full of Hyper Potions, revives, and hint of Luck.

    My team for Pearl was:

    Empoleon lvl 59 (starter)
    Luxray lvl 62
    Staraptor lvl 55
    Crobat lvl 53
    Rapidash lvl 56
    Cherrim lvl 54

    Notes:
    - This is my first E4 team not to include a raichu or ice type pokemon.
    - Four of the team, including the starter Empoleon, were among the original first six pokemon I caught at the start of the game (I mark them with a square)
    - None of the team got knocked out until the final battle with Cynthia, when I lost Cherrim and Crobat, although I did use a few full restores, moo-moo milks, lemonades and assorted berries.
