Hi Ely(I'm very sorry but your nickname is just that cute and so much faster to type) because there was a very small statement within the introduction I rushed my lazy a*ss over here so I could review, namely, this one:

Ely, you really, really have outdone yourself this time (actually, I was planning to review last time because this would have so much character development, which you damn well did, congrats on that) with everything from the chapter (and Darkpersian only found one tiny error, now that's good).
First of all, there's Ivyx, the overly terrorized mother with the strong urge to recklessly charge after her only son, and to be thruthful her reaction is exactly what I loved so much in this chapter, her desire to rescue Raptola is just so touching, I actually found myself wiping away a few tears, so I'll give you a few excerpts of her scenes that I really liked:
I just wanted to hug Ivyx here, she feels so guilty, Oh, if I had a bazooka, your bad guy was already obliterated.
Beside him, Ivyx clung to her mate as though he was the only solid thing in existence. She was shaking with shock, tears glistening on her face. Neither seemed to have registered Theo’s retreating figure – they probably wouldn’t have cared if they had.
“It’s my fault,
” Ivyx mumbled between sobs. “I shouldn’t have taken my eyes off him…
Guilt makes way for determination, come on Ivyx!
“But it is!
” She pulled away suddenly and turned to face him, eyes shining with tears. “Don’t you see? I promised him I’d never let anything hurt him.
” She took a deep, shuddering breath in some desperate kind of determination. “I need to get him back.
And off we go, I find her determination so strong that I wouldn't be surprised if she would sacrifice herself for Raptola *hugs the cute baby in the bag*
Ivyx gazed at them both with big, frightened eyes. Her head shook just a fraction. “I don’t care.
” Abruptly, she snapped into life and clambered swiftly up the slope, following the trail in the dust.
Foliano was pulled off even more expertly than Ivyx, his main emotion confused, which is something totally new, in my opinion. Foliano is normally the level-headed one isn't he, the rational-thinking one. Oh god, I feel sorry for him even more, facing the possibility that you might lose your lover to the ones that took your son, and now they threaten to evolve him, I really think that was your best move in the whole chapter, threatening with evolution, oh I hope there's some weird substance that'll cause him to evolve into an Archopy (a cute, tiny Archopy, squee, that'd be fun )
Oh, and as an extra birthday present, I'll sprite Carrie for you (A Grovyle drawing and a Carrie sprite, man, I wish I was the one that had her birthday yesterday)
Congratulations once more, Ely and I hope I'll see your review in my thread soon too Enjoy the presents you'll be getting (or already have gotten)
