I don't think so.. it is because there are more rock weak than rock resists not like the rest of the types (some have immunities so that's why ground and fighting are out of the list).

When I activate hard (or easy) mode on BW2, will I have to restart my entire game to actually activate it or not?

Mienfoo is a cute fighting type that still packs a punch and can fight with agility and grace. And he kinda reminds me of Winnie the Pooh xD

Hmm, I'd have to say Lucario is my favorite currently. Its design is awesome and it also has a wide movepool to go along. (+ I really like drawing them lol.) It's never let me down competitively, just wish it wasn't so frail.

Lucario most definitely. I'm not a huge fan of fighting types in general however. I also really like Mienfoo/Mienshao and Hitmonchan.
