Luck makes it fun! You can't just rely on skill. Of course, luck is a form of skill...
Yes!
No...
What the hell is Nuzlocke?

People who want Luck removed ITT=people who don't play any RPG.
I don't think there's a single RPG that doesn't have some luck based thing.
Besides without Luck pokemon might aswell be: All 17 types have a 120bp --Acc move with no side effects. Then just slap out Scarf'd Adaptability Porygon-Z and sweep.
Heck just using Mach Punch requires Luck, there's the chance a Focus Sash is used, a Coble Berry, they use Feint.
Y'all should take my man Grimsley's advice "Life is a serious battle, and you have to use the tools you're given. It's more important to master the cards you're holding than to complain about the ones your opponents were dealt. Let us begin. And may the best Trainer win! Contests like this are proof that you are really living..."
Yeah I just glanced at his Pokedex page quickly before. Now that I've actually read it he does have a good movepool. Moxie plus Dragon Dance would kill.

I also have Pokerus and am willing to spread it. Just PM me if you want to trade so I can transfer Pokerus to something you have.
Luck keeps the game interesting, and it can mean the difference between winning and losing sometimes. And it's not like luck completely unbalanced the game. Even if a low-level pokemon gets a critical blizzard w/ freeze, it's not going to have much effect on a pokemon 60 levels higher than it.
Stop bringing irrelevant points.
Fight my arguments with logic, but you can't because my arguments are the truth and make sense.
Talking about chess or little kids doesn't change the fact that luck makes Pokemon noncompetitive.
Whether you guys like or not, its luck factor itself that makes Pokemon noncompetitive.
All luck needs to be removed.
The game mechanics need to be fixed.
lol, Pokemon is taken seriously and there are even Pokemon tournaments, so the all luck must be removed in order to make it a 100% competitive game.
I think it should be kept in the games. Without it, the game is just statistics and no chance. The game relies on the luck things occurring to make it suspenseful, exciting, and full of surprises. I want it to stay, even if it goes against me a lot :/

I have claimed Chance by UVERworld!
Yes, they can do whatever the fock they want to and know they will make a finacial gain on it.
Pokemon will sell, not because there a butt-hurt handfull of fans, but because theres an infnite number of 7-12 year olds who will pay for it.
Game Freak doesn't care if you were swept by critical hits.
ITT: Someone that gets bad luck with crits and can't deal with it.
Also, aren't OHKO moves already banned?
Why is this even a Problem in the first place?
We should play pokemon with the Luck Factor the same way we use TM's in BW.
Alway's.
If the Better Player always wins, then the Weaker player doesnt have any goals to set. The Weaker player wouldnt be able to learn from what he is doing wrong. If the better Player always Wins, That makes the weaker Player afraid of every other player better than they are, which isnt fair. The weaker player should ALWAYS have a fighting chance.
Everything you saying is irrelevant to the debate.
Their wrong doesn't make the game right.
Their money making ways to steal from uneducated kids doesn't make the game right.
Pokemon is inherently flawed because of luck. Nobody can deny that. To think otherwise is sheer stupidity.
