What would you change if the Hoenn games had remakes? (In the fifth gen, that is, because we don't know much of the sixth yet.)

Personally, I would rework the plot, maybe rip off Cutlerine's change whole sections, and definitely give Aqua some presence in Ruby's remake, and vice versa for Magma in Sapphire's. Also, I'd add more of the fifth gen mechanics (more triple/rotation battles), and expand the PokeDex. Plus, maybe give the games some differences between versions like Opelucid did ... What about you?

We can not allow this thread to continue. Since I believe that by deliberately altering your DS internet settings to allow your DS to connect to an unoffical server that does thing that Game Freak did not intend, it is the same as using an AR or any other cheating devices. Since the rules forbid the promotion of the use of said devices, I must shut it.

So let me get this right you created this thread just so you can steal people's idea for your fan fiction? If you are having to use other people's idea for your story then that mean you aren't a good writer and have a very limited imagination.
