Seraphen - You can advertise chatrooms in your sig the same as you can forums, just so long as the channel name isn't obscene. Yours isn't, so it's fine.

If you mean like having this instead of this: http://www.serebii.net you will have to type [URL=-insert url-*]-insertname-[/url*] without the *s in the brackets and obviously putting the appropriate information needed. Hope thats what you were asking.

You would center it by using something like this:
[CENTER] whatever needs to be centered [/CENTER]
