Today, I played Pearl again and did some training with my Hippowdon. Now that I’ve completed my Pearl’s Pokedex, the next thing I want to do on that game is finally finish getting my entire team to level 100. Right now, my Empoleon/Gallade/Glaceon/Leafeon are at 100, so I just need to get my Hippowdon and Togekiss up to that level.

I started training Hippowdon today since it was lower levelled than Togekiss (lv. 75 vs. 80). I gave it my Lucky Egg and then rematched my rival at the Fight Area. After that, I went to Route 225 for some other trainer rematches. It was a little tough training Hippowdon since it’s so slow, but I was able to get it to level 77 today. Didn’t have time to train it any more than that.

Will continue training eventually, most likely next week since I don’t plan on taking my Pearl with me on vacation.

After wandering through Route 203, I finally arrived at the Oreburgh Gate. I dashed inside and some Hiker gave me the Rock Smash HM at the entrance of the Oreburgh Gate, then I fought two trainers and caught a Psyduck and Zubat before exiting the cavern. Once in Oreburgh City, I healed my roster at the local PC, then I explored the city and got items. I then hurried to the Oreburgh Mine to locate Gym Leader Roark. Once inside, I battled two Worker trainers and caught a wild Onix as well, then I picked up items. Eventually I arrived at the lowest floor of the coal mine and saw Roark by a chunk of coal. He left the mine after chatting with me and next I trained my team at Route 207 for 30 minutes and saved my game.

I started to play Pokémon after a while two days ago, and yesterday I continued my game in Diamond because I really felt like playing it ^^' I had passed the Pokémon League on Christmas (or one Christmas before? Can't even remember) but I hadn't done so much since then so I have plenty to play in my game! I started by planting some berries and then continued my Eeveelutions breeding project - to breed enough Eevees to have all the evolutions of it. Five to go : P I also begun to plan my secondary team. I've decided to have Houndoom, Metagross, Leafeon, Swampert and Kindgra (and probably Dialga and Palkia as well) in my new team. Sixt member is still somewhat unsure. Anyway, I begun to train my Mudkip Swampy and I'm going to get Leafeon from my breeding project (it has to be a girl - going to take a while I guess). I can go fishing Horsea soon, because I also finally went to the Survival Area yesterday in order to get on from Route 226.

Because I have to get Beldum and Houndour from my Platinum, today I played Pt and got those two from the game. I also bred five Phiones (I have the original Ranger Manaphy in my Pt ) to transfer in Diamond and to 5th and 6th Generations. I also sent some excess legendary Pokémon from Pt to 5th Gen and from there to 6th gen. I had extra Groudon in Pt so now I have both Groudon and Kyogre in my AS, as well as all the three legendary birds in my X. I still have to trade some Pokémon, such as Palkia lv. 1 from my previous file in SS to my Diamond, so next I have to catch bunch o something to trade in my Diamond : P And then I',m going to concentrate on levelling up my new team and searching for all the Pokéradar Pokémon I don't yet have. And there's of course few legendaries to catch and areas to explore as well...

I finally entered the Oreburgh City Gym and slayed two Gym trainers, then I fought Roark. I used Monferno's Mach Punch to thrash his Geodude, then Psyduck's Water Gun to beat Onix. I also beat Roark's Cranidos with Monferno's Mach Punch attacks and won the Coal Badge and Stealth Rock TM from Roark. Afterwards, I dashed out and visited the PC and healed my Pokemon. I ran back through the Oreburgh Gate next and I arrived at Route 203 and reached Jubilife City again and spotted Looker. Afterwards I saw two Team Galactic grunts bugging Professor Rowan and Lucas, so Lucas and I teamed up and emasculated the grunts. I then got a Fashion Case from a person and saved in the Jubilife TV building.

Searching, searching and searching : P And growing berries of course. So nothing too interesting going on in my Diamond. I finally transferred Houndour and Beldum (and some other Pokémon, like Regi trio as well) from Pt, evolved Houndour to Houndoom and started to train Beldum as well. Since Pokémon grow fairly slow in this game (at least when compared to newer generations), I thought that I'd try to find Lucky Egg. Tried a little, but no success so far. I suck at making chains with Pokéradar and Chansey is a bit difficult to find. Before that, I searched for Kecleon and even that took a long while, needed her so I don't have to waste my TM Thief since Kecleon learns it naturally anyway. After that, I searched Horseas in order to find a Dragon Scale, and managed to find one. Now I just have that Lucky Egg to find and that's going to take a while.

I also finally went to the Survival Area (in order to fish Horseas there) and visited the strange foreign man who seems to like Pokémon very much but didn't continue further, I like to save it for a little later on. My Swampy evolved into Swampert, and I also managed to breed one female Eevee, which I evolved into Leafeon. She's going to be a part on my new rotation team as well. Named her Leafa. SAO anyone? Oh, and I named all the excess Eevees after characters from Attack on Titan (I don't even watch the series but I'm familiar with the most popular characters because of the fame of the series). I've also been searching Sinnoh Underground since I really want more Water Stones and Heart Scales, and I also want to collect all the Weather Rocks. I have 7 Icy Rocks and one Smooth Rock, but that's all. I also lack two fossils still, so need to find those as well.

Oh, and if you're interested in my teams, well here it goes:

    Old/recent team: Terra/Torterra, Flashy/Luxray, Ember/Rapidash, Oscar/Octillery, Luca/Lucario, Valentina/Blissey
    New/planned team: Megacross/Beldum, Leafa/Leafeon, Ryuji (or Suika, I have both female and male Horsea)/Horsea, Swampy/Swampert, Desdemona/Houndoom

I've been thinking to train Mismagius in my team as well, but I have to ask my boyfriend to catch me one since my SoulSilver is not here with me right now so I can't catch one myself : P Depending on if the catch is male or female, the gender of Horsea is going to be decided as well. If it's a female, then I'll chose Ryuji but if it is a male, then I'll go with Suika. Probably. And Valentina needs a better name, and everyone's moves need to be checked. Luca's moveset is okay, but for example Oscar has both Surf and Waterfall at the moment and Ember has Agility which I don't really need. So lot to do with my team as well.

So,yesterday I was searching for a Hoppip on Route 205 in Pearl. After I used Poke Radar, the grass sparkled and I entered one of the patches. To my surprise,a shiny Buizel was hiding there.I threw a Net Ball and caught the critter, and soon enough,I managed to find a Hoppip as well.I flew to Floaroma Pokemon Center and found out that the Buizel had a Modest nature. Then,I saved the game.

Today, I started levelling up my Hippowdon again. I continued training on Route 225 like last time and had quite a few trainer rematches. I had an easier time training Hippowdon compared to last time and got it to level 79 without too much trouble. After that, I flew to the Resort Area and healed my team there. Then, I went out to Routes 228 and 229 for some more training. I got Hippowdon to level 80 and then saved since that seemed like a good place to stop for the night.

So I spoke with NPCs inside of the Jubilife TV building and played the lottery, then I stepped outside and visited the Poketch Company to upgrade my Poketch. I then dashed north to Route 204 and fought trainers and caught a wild Budew, then I entered the Ravaged Path. I used Machop's Rock Smash to break a rock inside and then I arrived at the northern area of the route. I fought even more trainers on the hill next and got the Bullet Seed TM, then I ran under an arch and arrived in Floaroma Town. After healing my Pokemon at the local PC, I sashayed to the Flower Shop and snatched the Sprayduck key item from a woman and then I picked some of the Berries outside. I saved my game after receiving the Pluck TM.

Been playing Platinum a little lately, made one more try at the Battle Factory. I lost at Battle #8. Picked Drapion, Arcanine and Blissey from the opening 6, then I lost to a team of Gengar, Dugtrio and Mamoswine. My opponent made several good guesses (such as Dugtrio OHKO'ing Arcanine with Earthquake) while I made several stupid decisions, which led to my loss. Hoping to make more tries soon.

But my head's down on the pavement, wondering where the years went
All the time I spent, under eyes full of contempt

So I left Floaroma Town next and visited Route 205. I saw a young girl who asked me to rescue her dad at Valley Windworks, then I caught a wild Pachirisu in the grass. I spoke with a Galactic grunt in front of Valley Windworks' building and after slaying him, I visited Floaroma Meadow and fought two more Team Galactic grunts. I then snatched the Works Key and dashed back to Valley Windworks. Once inside the building, I fought against some more Team Galactic grunts and I encountered Commander Mars and we battled. I defeated her Zubat with Psyduck and Luxio, then I used Monferno's Mach Punch to defeat Purugly. Upon winning, Mars and Team Galactic retreated and the young girl was reunited with her father.

Flew to the Pal Park today to do a catching show. Earlier today, I transferred some early game Pokemon over from Emerald holding Rare Candies to help with my training. I caught all the Pokemon and removed the Rare Candies from them to save for later.
After that, I continued training Hippowdon. I returned to Route 225 since it's one of my favourite places to train and had quite a few more trainer rematches. I got Hippowdon to level 84 before I decided to stop training for the day. Next time, I will continue training and levelling it up normally. I'm not planning on using any of my Rare Candies until it reaches level 90 at least.

So I left Valley Windworks and saw Looker outside, who was too late to stop Team Galactic. I ran north along Route 205 and fought wild Pokemon in the tall grass and nearby trainers as well, then I entered the Eterna Forest. I quickly talked with Cheryl, who wanted me to escort her around since she was worried about being attacked by Team Galactic. As we trekked through the Eterna Forest, we fought pairs of trainers including Psychics and Bug Catchers via Tag Battles and I caught a wild Hoothoot, Gastly, Buneary, and Silcoon. We passed the Old Chateau and reached Eterna Forest's exit soon and Cheryl gave me the Soothe Bell. I arrived at Route 205's northern section afterwards and trained there for a while.

After beating trainers at Route 205, I arrived in Eterna City. I healed my team at Eterna's PC, then I got the Explorer Kit from the Underground Man. I next saw the statue of the Legendary Pokemon with Barry, and Cyrus showed up as well. After he left, I met Cynthia and she gave me the Cut HM. I did some training in Route 211 for 30 minutes, then I visited the Eterna City Gym. I walked along the giant flower-shaped clock and thrashed Gym trainers, then I faced off against Gardenia. I quickly defeated her Turtwig and Cherrim with Monferno's Flame Wheel, then Gardenia's Roserade with my Staravia's Wing Attack. I won the Forest Badge and Grass Knot TM from Gardenia and I left the Gym and saved next.

I decided to name turtwig Tucker. After doing that I caught a female star on route 201, nothing on the route north of Jubilee because nothing new was showing up, a male bidoof on route 202, and a female shine on route 203. After that I beat Mobile, my rival. Next I will go through Oreburgh gate. Current teams
Tucker the turtwig and Lexus the start lv 8 and 10
Colts wagon the bidoof and Volt the shiny lv 8 and 9

I healed my team again at Eterna City's PC and went shopping at the Poke Mart, then I taught Cut to my Roselia and dashed west back to the Eterna Forest. I used Cut to remove the tree there and entered the Old Chateau. I slayed many wild Gastly inside and found an Old Gateau, then a Dread Plate in a bedroom. I arrived at a creepy room with a television and fought a wild Rotom there. I weakened it with some difficulty and I eventually caught Rotom in a Great Ball. I swapped Luxio for Rotom at Eterna's PC next, then I dashed north and used Cut again in front of the Galactic Eterna Building and I finally went inside. I once again spotted Looker and next I fought and defeated Team Galactic grunts on the first two floors.

Made a few more tries at the Battle Factory this week. Here are the results:

Battle #3, had a team of Granbull, Blaziken and Garchomp, lost to Crobat, Porygon-Z and Venusaur. Crobat damaged Granbull but fell to its Return, Granbull was then defeated by Venusaur. Blaziken missed with Blaze Kick and got OHKO'd by a Critical Hit Sludge Bomb. Venusaur was then 2HKO'd by Garchomp's Earthquake, but managed to poison the land shark with Sludge Bomb first. Porygon-Z survived an Earthquake as well and used Shadow Ball, Garchomp survived but died from the poison.
Battle #3 again. This time, I had a team of Slowbro, Venusaur and Flygon, lost to Hypno, Togekiss and Gengar. Slowbro beat Hypno but got heavily damaged in the process thanks to Hypno's Iron Ball Fling. Slowbro then lost to Gengar. I sent out Flygon to deal with it. 2HKO'd it with Dragon Claw but it used Sludge Bomb twice and damaged Flygon heavily. Then Togekiss. I meant to use Roost but misclicked and used Sandstorm instead, Togekiss used Drain Punch to defeat Flygon. Sent out Venusaur and used Sludge Bomb twice, Togekiss used Drain Punch both times. I believe it was a Speed tie here, and Togekiss got to move first the third time. It used Sky Attack for an instant kill. I regret not using Sleep Powder on it instead of Sludge Bomb.
Battle #22, got past Thorton in a really cool battle only to lose in the battle directly after him. Oh well. Didn't have any good options from the opening choices, nothing was amazing and screamed "Use me!". Ended up picking Aggron, Blissey and Weavile anyway. The team I lost to consisted of Flygon, Magmortar and Muk. Aggron managed to beat Flygon even if it didn't use Earthquake (but would have won even if it had thanks to Focus Sash+Metal Burst), it then fell to a Focus Blast from Magmortar. I sent in Blissey, used Calm Mind once, then 2HKO'd with Thunderbolt. In comes Muk. Gunk Shot, Blissey dead. I send in Weavile. Ice Punch, doesn't do a lot, Gunk Shot, Weavile dead. I lose. Would have won if it had used Shadow Sneak instead, but that didn't happen.

Overall, mixed results this week. Losing twice in the first round wasn't fun, but getting past Thorton again was great. Hoping to make some more tries next week but not sure about it since my DS might be occupied with other games.

I continued to climb up the Galactic Eterna Building and I soon arrived at Commander Jupiter's floor and I battled against her. I thrashed Jupiter's Zubat with my Rotom's Thundershock attack, then I used Monferno against Jupiter's Skuntank. I soon defeated Skuntank and Team Galactic fled the building. I left too after speaking with the owner of Rad Rickshaw's Cycle Shop. I quickly visited the local Pokemon Center next and swapped Pokemon on the PC, then I encountered Cynthia again outside. She gave me a Pokemon Egg and I visited the Bike Shop and received a Bicycle from the owner since I rescued his Pokemon. I rode my new bike around Eterna City next until my Egg hatched into Togepi, then I saved my game.

Trained Hippowdon a little more today. I continued training on Route 225 for a little while and managed to get Hippowdon to level 85 there. Then, I returned to the Fight Area to heal and then flew over to Pastoria City. I went to several routes surrounding the Pastoria & Lake Valor area and rematched some more trainers. Got Hippowdon up another level, to lv. 86, and then got about halfway to level 87.

So with everything now finished in Eterna City, I headed south towards Route 206's gatehouse. I snatched the Exp. Share from Lucas's dad inside and gave it to Togepi to hold, then I rode my Bicycle downhill at the Cycling Road and fought several Cyclists. Once at Route 206's southern side, I used Cut and explored the tall grass and caught a wild Gligar and Kricketune, then I entered Wayward Cave. I used Rock Smash several times inside and soon I spotted Mira. We joined forces and slayed trainer duos inside of Wayward Cave's maze, plus we also fought wild Pokemon as well. I caught a wild Bronzor and picked up some items, then Mira and I reached the cavern's exit and she left and I saved my game outside.

Today, I Pal Parked some more Pokemon from Emerald holding Rare Candies. I flew over to the Pal Park building and caught all the Pokemon I transferred, then took the Rare Candies from them to add to my stock. After that, I flew over to Celestic Town in order to continue training Hippowdon. I headed to the nearby Route 210, cleared the fog there, then started having trainer rematches. I got quite a few battles done and got Hippowdon up to level 88.

Next time I play, I plan to train Hippowdon to level 90. Then, I'll use some of my Rare Candies to get it to lv. 100.

I dashed south from Route 206 and stopped at Oreburgh City to heal my team at the PC. I headed back to Route 207 next and pranced towards the foot of Mt. Coronet. I thrashed many trainers around the rugged terrain and Lucas soon caught up with me. I received the Dowsing Machine and Vs. Seeker from him next, then I entered Mt. Coronet. I quickly dashed through the first floor of the cave and caught a Clefairy and Chingling, then I saw Cyrus ranting to himself once again. I soon left Mt. Coronet and arrived at Route 208. I dashed east on the bridges above the waterfalls and slayed Hikers, then I fought wild Pokemon in the tall grass and caught a wild Ralts and visited the Berry Master's home and saved there.

After that I beat the fisherman on the bridge. Finally I caught a macho on the next route which I named Chevelle and beat the trainers. Now i'm getting everyone to lv 19 then I will battle Gardenia.

I quickly left the Berry Master's home on Route 208 after purchasing Mulch there, then I dashed through the gatehouse that led into Hearthome City. Once in Hearthome, a lost Buneary ran up to me and its owner suggested visiting the Super Contest Hall. After visiting the PC, I went to the Super Contest Hall and met Gym Leader Fantina. After she left, I explored Hearthome City some more. I visited the Pokemon Fan Club and got a Poffin Case, then I visited Bebe's house and I received a free Eevee from her, which I added to my team. I wandered north towards Amity Square afterwards and walked around with Monferno and collected Accessories as well as an Amulet Coin behind a bench and Spooky Plate on a ledge.
