Can you make this an animation?

(From the 3rd row going up, to the middle of the next row, so from where his chakrams are normal, then they catch on fire)

and this one in a seperate animation?

(From the 4th row down in the first box to the end of it, where he summons his blade and swips it)

Colors: Background needs to be dark colors (blacks, blues). Text should be a little brighter in color, but not too much.
Effects: Giratina pic should be behind the text and blend in with the background so that it is barely visible.
Size: Whatever size works best, as long as I can use it for my sig.
Other: The three main Pokemon (Bulbasaur, Eevee, and Chimchar) should be centered somehow with Chimchar in the middle. After that, its up to you.

Colors: Starting from left to right, the colors of the rainbow. (Red-Orange-Yellow-Green-Blue-Indego-Violet)
Size: As big as allowed. I will need it split into two 200 X 200's and one 468 X 100. So if you can't do that I'll find a way myself.
Other: Can you put the text in a black box with rainbow text so it'll stand out? If not it's okay.

Image: Try and get Balrog, the lunchbox-thing, and the guy shooting it within the main part of the banner. Curly, the girl, I'm not fussed about her.
Text: HUZZAH! (Underneath, smaller): Balrog's gonna smoosh you~!
Font: Appropriate for the pic, but readable. No uber curviness.
Style: Kinda fuzzier, to get rid of the pixely look, and a slightly dark but exciting style.
Size: What looks best but is allowed on these forums.
