I'm requesting for someone to animate these layers for me.
Please, the size must be 90 x 90 pixels. The background must be transparent as well. Since my program is temporarily unavailable, I'm estimating that each layer should be about 60 to 90 ms? Whatever makes it flow best.

And NOTE: the little bars in the images should only be elevating and declining in the finished animation. The whole thing shouldn't be moving around if you just simply paste the layers. Basically, the bars should stack, so you may need to move them around; especially since the images are of different sizes.

I don't know if it really makes sense, so just send me a PM or something if it sounds stupid. :x
