Colors: Background needs to be dark colors (blacks, blues). Text should be a little brighter in color, but not too much.
Effects: Giratina pic should be behind the text and blend in with the background so that it is barely visible.
Size: Whatever size works best, as long as I can use it for my sig.
Other: The three main Pokemon (Bulbasaur, Eevee, and Chimchar) should be centered somehow with Chimchar in the middle. After that, its up to you.

Colors: Starting from left to right, the colors of the rainbow. (Red-Orange-Yellow-Green-Blue-Indego-Violet)
Size: As big as allowed. I will need it split into two 200 X 200's and one 468 X 100. So if you can't do that I'll find a way myself.
Other: Can you put the text in a black box with rainbow text so it'll stand out? If not it's okay.

Text: HUZZAH! (Underneath, smaller): Balrog's gonna smoosh you~!
Font: Appropriate for the pic, but readable. No uber curviness.
Style: Kinda fuzzier, to get rid of the pixely look, and a slightly dark but exciting style.
Size: What looks best but is allowed on these forums.

It's very well done, don't get me wrong...but the font and style need to be angrier-looking. Light blue doesn't quite cut it - MNIF is an angsty story.
