Okay i was going to use this in the battle tower as well wouldn't these hp evs be useful there? Or do you think i should split on both defences?

Not really, Drifblim's HP is already gigantic, so adding HP EV's wouldn't
benefit him as much as maxing both defenses.

I have a Poliwrath (Brave Nature)
    Waterfall
    Ice Punch
Brick Break (trying to find another legitimate fighting move)
    Earthquake

    Thoughts on this?

^ Everything looks fine to me.

If you're looking for a different fighting type attack, Brick Break is
really his best option. EQ does get redundant coverage with STAB
fighting attacks, so you could replace it with Substitute and go with
Focus Punch>Brick Break if you're into that kind of thing.

I'm horribly stuck on this one question. Shoud I use:

    Mewtwo @ Lefties
    - Calm Mind

    or

    Mewtwo @ Life Orb
    - Recover

Hello everyone. I am planning on training a Togekiss for ingame/competative. Here is what I have come up with so far.
    Modest nature
    EV's: 252 sp.attack / 252 sp.defense / 6 hp
    Moves:
    -air slash
    -shadow ball
    -aura sphere
    -roost/water pulse

You should always invest in HP before you invest in any defenses,
so throw those SpD EV's in HP. Thunder Wave should go in over
Shadow Ball IMO for the epic ParaFlinch combo. If you don't like
having the chance of a ground type switching in, you can always
    go with Body Slam instead.

Okay thanks for your input. I see the point in putting thunder wave since Togekiss can easily get outrun by quite a few things, so if I put that in then I probably should have it learn water pulse instead of roost so it can hurt ground types and I can use it to confuse the enemy. Then probably put 120 ev's in hp and the rest in Sp.defense (138). Then give it leftovers so it can heal itself. Also forgot to include this togekiss will have serene grace

Ok so I am (optimistically) going to battle my friend's Snorlax with a Mudkip.

Here is the moveset I was thinking of:

    Low Kick
    Substitute
    Endeavour
    Aqua Tail

Also, what item should it hold?
    Any suggestions would be appreciated

He was actually talking about a moveset for his mudkip, purple

I think something like a focus sash might work (not sure if the levels will be the same?). Life Orb is an option as well, to kick more but, ehm, Snorlax. The moveset is fine, you should just use low kick as Snorlax is quite heavy..

You should evolve mudkip to swampert.

    Swampert
    impish
    -Curse
    -Waterfall
    -Ice punch/Avalanche
    -Earthquake

    Cresselia @leftovers
    Ability (Levitate)
    EVs: (100 hp/ 152spe/252 sp.att)
    - Calm Mind
    - Ice Beam
    - Psychic/charge beam
    - Moonlight

Right really need some advice this is my Cresselia nothing too shocking so far but as i caught it a while ago i'm cursed with an awful nature Docile and poor IVs!! I dont feel like re-starting my pearl for this but at the same time i really want it!! However this circumstance has made me wonder if Cresselia could act as a mixed sweeper as i feel i should try to take advantage of this situation in anyway i can..yet looking through the move pool there is little moves that are attractive to use the only one i'm considering is facade! Advice needed

Thanks a lot. I'm going to have to consider that Substitue/Focus Punch deal.

I'm training a Typhlosion (Rash nature). I'm having a lot of trouble thinking up a moveset but here's what I'm thinking so far.

    Flamethrower/Eruption
    Shadow Claw
    Thunderpunch/Sunny Day
    Endure/Solarbeam

    Any thoughts?

    Typhlosion @ Choice Scarf
    Rash
    -Thunder Punch
    -Eruption
    -Flamethrower
    -Focus Blast / Earthquake

probably focus blast > earthquake because of the nature but
if you don't like focus blast because of its bad accuracy, then you could use EQ

    Looks good.

Question. How come two fire based attacks? I ask because I'm thinking of greater versatility by having different move types. What's the strategy behind having two fire type attacks? Is Flamethrower to cover Eruption when Eruption is weak due to HP and the ability to up Flamethrower's strength?
