Every Pokemon that can learn TM's CAN be venomous, because Toxic is an almost universal TM. Pikachu can toxic, Clefable can toxic, Nosepass can Toxic, doesn't matter. They can all learn how to spew poison at their enemies...somehow.

reminds me that weedle cant learn toxic even as a poison pokemon

magikarp and feebas have a base stat of 200 and are not the weakest of all pokemon as caterpie and weedle have a base stat of only 195
